Nothing to talk about

Summer classes of various sorts are humming along.  Campus is no longer abuzz with cicadas, but there are incoming student orientations.  The IHSA boys and girls state track meet weekends are long past.  The Boys’ State and Girls’ State conferences have both completed.  Now it’s cheerleaders and dancers and musicians.  The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps have completed their camp and begun competing.  It won’t be long until the high school marching band camps start up.  Then it’s a short run to the end of summer session and the soon to follow beginning of fall session.  Sounds all lazy, crazy, and fun, right?  In the meantime, there’s work to be done.  Disaster Recovery plans to improve upon.  Upgrades to plan and implement, first in test, then in production.  And hopefully, somewhere in there, some RFP evaluations to narrow the field and planning for campus evaluations.

See, there’s really nothing to talk about.
